Phone/Voicemail Quick Tips
1. The red message light on your phone may take a few hours to go out if you check messages on the website. Checking messages on your phone will make the light go out immediately. Our vendor hopes to correct this message light befavior soon.
2. You must refresh your voicemail web page, it does not refresh automatically.
3. In Voicemail Web Portal, messages that show "0:00" length may be calls transferred directly into your voicemail by someone else. Please click on and listen to ALL messages to ensure you don't miss any content.
4. Use # when listening to voicemail to bypass greetings and announcements.
5. If you use *72 to forward calls, remember to use *73 to cancel the forwarding when appropriate.
6. To redial a number, press right arrow key, then press select button twice.
7. Don't use Splash ringtone - it only beeps once and never rings again.
8. If you are in a department pickup group you can pick up for another person who isn't at their desk and is receiving a call. Just press **+Dial.
9. You can change the number of rings on your phone by editing the "Ring for:" field under your Telephone Line settings page. To get to this page, log into https://voip.zitomedia.net, then click on Features > Telephone lines > your telephone line
