Main Charities Greeting
- Let Charities know as soon as possible to forward the Crisis Help Line to their spare cell, otherwise callers are normally directed to 724-837-1840 during working hours which will result in going to CC Receptionist voicemail instead of going to a live person.

Record a special CC Main Day Greeting
- Dial 724-837-1840 and when greeting begins press # key
- Enter PIN code 57850383
- Enter 1 to record a new Greeting

- To return to the normal Greeting when internet is restored, log into Zito web portal, navigate to the "IVR menus > CC - Main Day IVR"and choose "CC Main Day Greeting" under the "Sound file to use" dropdown.

Let Charities know as soon as possible to change the forwarding of the Crisis Help Line back to 724-837-1840 so the calls will be answered by the receptionist instead of going to the spare cell.
